Elif Wisecup has been hanging around theatres for sixteen years, doing
everything from choreographing fights to sweeping the floor. Co-producing
credits include *The Shakespeare Variations, The Shakespeare Variations II
*and
*Moms, Mothers, Mamas and Mommies* with the Brass Tacks Ensemble in Ann
Arbor, Michigan. She has been a dramaturg for productions of *Twelfth
Night*and
*Ghosts* (directed by Philip Kerr at the University of Michigan) and *The
Hot L Baltimore* (directed by Jeff Daniels at the Purple Rose Theatre).
She's had the good fortune to perform in many plays including *The House of
Bernarda Alba*, *The Women*, *Dangerous Liaisons*, *Dancing at Lughnasa*, *A
Midsummer Night's Dream*, *King Lear*, *Troilus and Cressida*, *Love's
Labour's Lost*, *The Birthday Party*, *Old Times*, *Talk to Me* *Like the
Rain and Let Me Listen...*, and *Savage/Love*. The most fun she's ever had
onstage was during a year spent as a cast member of Second City Detroit.
